IT’s VERY LIKELY THAT YOu’ve been to a doctor (Because that’s who we go to when things go wrong, right?). Perhaps they’ve prescribed a muscle-relaxant, requested Physical therapy or scheduled some imaging. all the time, your head is swimming with questions, “what did I do? - How bad is it? - How long will it take to heal? - will i be able to work and provide for my family?” we don’t like to worry… but we do.
